About Me

My photo
I am a Dad to two beautiful girls and a husband to a very gorgeous wife. I am very proud of my family and the way they give me so much support. I guess I do not need to win the lottery, I have already won.

I am amazed at how fast time goes by. It seems just like yesterday that my youngest was born and now she is 13. My oldest will be 15 in Oct. Time keeps going no matter what you do and there is nothing you can do to slow it down. I have a bout 6 months left at home and I will be gone for a year and I hope it goes by as fast as the days coming up to leaving has. I started realizing the things that I will miss while I am gone and one is my 20Th wedding anniversary and my older daughter turning sweet 16. I know they will be ok and I trust God in everything that goes on in my life and that He will take care of them. I just know time is very precious right now and I need to take advantage of it as much as I can. Remember we are but a blur here and time just keeps on ticking whether we like it or not. I hope you all can look back and see where you were a month ago or better yet where has 2009 gone, it is half way over with. Just think it won't be long and we will be singing Christmas carols again. I hope you all have a great day.

Just wait til that first grandchild comes along. My oldest grandchild is 15 and learning to drive. Now is when you really start to feeling old. Spend all the time you can with them. Yes, they do grow up too fast!

Thank you for your service and God Bless,

It does all pass by far too quickly! My baby will be 20 in 11 days! How did he grow up so fast?
As Pops says, enjoy every moment...even the tough moments! One day you will live in a very quiet house, it is then you long to hear a little bickering :)
Great post!
